The vision was to elevate streetlifting from an underground niche into a nationally recognized sport, while challenging the conventional norms within the broader calisthenics and strength training communities. Although the concept of lifting maximal weight through streetlifting movements isn’t new, what sets USA Streetlifting apart is the execution—bringing this form of competitive training into the national spotlight and giving it a structured, legitimate platform.

At its core, USA Streetlifting is founded on four simple but powerful words: For Streetlifters, By Streetlifters. This guiding principle ensures that the athletes and the growth of the sport remain the top priority. We strive to cultivate an environment that stays true to the roots of streetlifting, while pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in terms of recognition and competition at both national and international levels.
The Leadership
Eugene Jimenez founded USA Streetlifting on April 8, 2023 where the first event commenced. Since then, the governmental structure has remained as one executive position, President, with state chairs falling underneath forming the overall executive team. Today, Eugene serves as the current president overseeing the organization's direction, event operations, and general growth of streetlifting in USA. He also serves as the national head judge for Final Rep, responsible for choosing and growing the network of officially-licensed streetlifting judges through the implementation of vetting procedures.
