Competition Format
One-Rep Max (1RM) Weighted Pull-Up
One-Rep Max (1RM) Weighted Dip
Each athlete is allowed three attempts per lift
Best successful attempt per lift is recorded
Final score is the combined total of the pull-up and dip
All lifts will be judged under strict technical standards.
Competitor Limit
Maximum of 40 competitors
Registration is first come, first served
No same-day registration will be permitted
Entry Fee
$75 per athlete
