Media Consent & Liability Waiver
By attending a USA Streetlifting event, you acknowledge that photography, audio, and video recording may be taking place. 

By entering the venue, you grant permission for your image, voice, and likeness to be captured through photography, audio recording, and video recording. You also consent to the use of these recordings by USA Streetlifting and its affiliates for purposes including, but not limited to, social media, news coverage, webcasts, promotional materials, telecasts, advertising, and website content.

The images, photos, and videos collected may be utilized to promote future USA Streetlifting events, showcase the event itself, and demonstrate the activities of USA Streetlifting and its partners. You release USA Streetlifting, its staff, affiliates, and any associated individuals from liability related to the capture, recording digitization, publication, or use of interviews, photographs, videos, and/or audio recordings.

By participating in the event, you relinquish any rights to compensation or royalties related to the use, distribution, broadcasting, streaming, or other forms of publication of these materials, regardless of the context in which they are used or whether an admission fee or sponsorship is involved. Additionally, you waive the right to review or approve any photos, videos, or audio recordings taken by USA Streetlifting or its designees.

Your entry into the event signifies that you fully understand and agree to this consent, waiver of liability, and release.
