Effective January 1, 2026, USA Streetlifting will formally recognize and maintain state records in accordance with the records standard.

State Record: The highest, officially recognized lift or total by USA Streetlifting within the context of a single U.S. state and represents the highest standard of authenticity, accuracy, and fair competition.

State Record Eligibility:
For an event to qualify for state record eligibility,

1) The state in which the event is held must correspond to the state for which the record is intended (i.e. New York records established in New York) and

2) The state branch in which the event is held under must correspond to the state for which the record is intended (i.e. New York records established at New York state branch event) and

3) The event meets “sanctioned” status and

4) All appointed judges hold active Final Rep judging licenses and

5) All appointed judges have judged at least one USA Streetlifting-sanctioned event and

6) All competition equipment meets the current national standards for equipment outlined in the USA Streetlifting rulebook.

Each record will be subject to the following categories:

  1. Format
    • Classic
    • All4
  2. Biological Sex
    • Male
    • Female
  3. Weight Class, as governed by the current, official USA Streetlifting rulebook
  4. State in which the event is held
